A sensory exhale. Something to hold onto when the world feels loud.

Shaped like a silver droplet of rain, this pendant offers comfort you can reach for. Created to soothe nervous energy and offer subtle, sensory support, it’s both a beautiful piece of jewellery and a calming tool for busy hands.

As a psychotherapist and someone who understands how easily we disconnect from the present moment, I wanted to design a piece that could gently bring you back to yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, needing a fidget outlet, or simply seeking a moment of pause, this pendant offers grounding through touch.

• Run your fingers slowly over the raised gold beading around the edge, offering gentle, repetitive sensory feedback.
•Feel the heavy, reassuring weight of the pendant, and run your fingers over the gentle bumps
• Pinch the star-shaped cut-out between finger and thumb to apply grounding pressure and anchor yourself in the here and now.

Composition: 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or 14k, 2.5 micron warm gold vermeil plating.
